Pan-African coaching & entrepreneurship movement

Explore who you are. Create what matters.

We coach young leaders, the professionals they become and the leaders who shape them. Every program starts with who you are and helps turn potential into purposeful action. Every program starts with who you are and ends with something real: a venture, a promotion, a team that works across generations.

Our approach

The EXPLORE journey

Seven phases that take every participant from self-discovery to community impact. It adapts to age and context, and it always runs the full arc.

CHARACTER

Who you are comes first

Every participant begins with a CHARACTER Foundation Session and leaves with a signed Character Commitment Card: their top three commitments, from Courage to Responsibility, witnessed by a peer.

PERFORM

Excellence where you are

Our performance coaching builds Potential, Excellence, Resilience, Focus, Ownership, Rhythm and Momentum, so ambition is grounded in discipline and daily habits.

EXPERIENCE

Grit you can feel

We don't lecture about resilience. Challenges, camps and weekly micro-challenges let people discover it themselves. The activity is 40% of the value; the debrief is 60%.

Accountability partners

Three questions. Every week. No exceptions.

Every participant is paired with a peer on the same journey. Consistency is the habit that carries people from idea to result.

  1. What did I commit to last week, and did I do it?
  2. What is one thing I will improve this week, in my studies or work and in my project?
  3. Where do I need support right now?

TCM Generations · for organisations

Four generations. One workplace.

Gen Alpha, Gen Z, Millennials and Gen X now share the same classrooms, offices and communities. Without a shared language, the result is friction and lost talent. We coach every generation to understand the others and build together.

BORN 2013+

Gen Alpha

Highly capable, with identity forming under heavy digital pressure.

Needs adults who coach identity before the world defines it.

BORN 1997–2012

Gen Z

Purpose-driven and quick to spot inauthenticity. Wants the why first.

Needs coaches, not commanders, and a visible growth path.

BORN 1981–1996

Millennials

Mid-career, caught between senior expectations and younger teams.

Needs tools to lead younger teams and clear growth paths.

BORN 1965–1980

Gen X

Experienced leaders facing complexity their own careers never prepared them for.

Needs a coaching-mindset upgrade to lead and retain talent.

“No generation is the problem. Every generation is the opportunity.”

Rose Mercy Sendegeya

Performance & Executive Coach · Leadership Facilitator · Counsellor · Pan-African Movement Builder

Rose Mercy Sendegeya is a certified leadership and performance coach (PCC), counsellor and Pan-African movement builder with more than 20 years of experience developing leaders, teams and communities. Her work brings together identity, character, performance and entrepreneurship, helping people discover who they are, lead with clarity and authenticity, and turn potential into purposeful action.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of TCM CREATE, a coaching and entrepreneurship movement based in Kampala, Uganda. Through three connected arms, TCM CREATE for flagship coaching, TCM Generations for coaching across generations in workplaces and schools, and SPRINGBOARD for entrepreneurship and launch programs, she helps people explore who they are and create what matters.

Rose brings more than two decades of leadership experience, including leading global teams, managing multi-million-dollar partnership portfolios, leading global sponsorship strategy for Watoto Child Care Ministries, and serving as Interim Executive Director of Kampala Music School. She also serves in leadership within the Children’s Ministry at Watoto Church.

She is a certified Transformational Leadership Coach and Counsellor, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and serves as faculty with Coach Masters Academy in Singapore and on coaching benches in Uganda.

At the heart of Rose’s work is a simple conviction: communities are transformed when the adults around young people are equipped to unlock their potential. The question is not whether this generation will shape the world. It is whether they will do it with confidence, creativity, character and purpose. We believe every young person already carries what they need. They need someone to ask the right questions and walk alongside them.
